<p>Ikväll kommer 2 vänner på middag. Jag ska dels göra laxen här ovan, från Tasteline, och dels min egen lax som är supergod och jättenkel, se nedan. Därefter ska de få välja vilken som är godast <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Min lax</p>
<ol>
<li>Sätt på ugnen, 175-200 grader</li>
<li>Skär en lök och ca 8-10 färska champinjoner i stora bitar och börja stek dessa.</li>
<li>Häll grädde i en kastrull och skicka efter en bit från en fiskbuljongtärning och värm upp.</li>
<li>Lägg lax i portionsbitar i en lätt smörad ugnsfast form, salta lite och stoppa in i varm ugn. Ta tid, den ska stå i ca 15 minuter.</li>
<li>Under tiden, flytta stekta lök och champinjonbitar i grädden och småputtra under tiden laxen står i ugnen.</li>
<li>Efter 15 minuter, ta ut laxen och häll gräddsåsen över. Sätt in laxen igen och låt den stå i ca 10-15 minuter, dvs tills laxen är klar.</li>
<li>Pressad potatis, smörstekta sockerärter och rivna morötter till är gudomligt gott!</li>
</ol>
<p>Och vad äter jag själv? Just det, Skaldemans fläskfärsbiffar. Jag har hela tiden en laddning i kylen som jag värmer och äter 3 ggr om dagen. Ibland lägger jag på lite brie eller blåmögelost och piffar till men det är lika gott utan. Här är receptet till fläskfärsbiffarna:</p>
<p>Skaldemans fläskfärsbiffar:</p>
<p>1 kg fläskfärs</p>
<p>½ dl vispgrädde per hekto färs, dvs 5 dl</p>
<p>1 äggula per hekto färs, dvs 10 st</p>
<p>GÖR SÅ HÄR:</p>
<p>Blanda i grädden lite i taget och gör likadant med äggulorna. Rör om till en smidig smet.</p>
<p>Mitt tips: Smeten är kladdig som tusan så använd två stora matskeder och ta en klatt färs med den ena. Flytta över färs till en andra och flytta färsen emellan igen, sedan bums ner i stekpannan. Då har du i princip &#8221;rullat&#8221; biffarna och de blir precis lagom för att kunna vända.</p>
<p>När du stekt klart en laddning, flytta över biffarna till en kastrull med ca 2 liter buljong och en skvätt grädde. Låt alla biffar efterputra försiktigt. Jag brukar slå i lite vatten i stekpannan efter varje stekomgång och ösa över till kastrullen för att inte tappa några smaksensationer <img src='http://s2.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Jag packar ca 140 gr biff i lådor och sätter in i kylen. Sedan plockar jag därifrån. Fryser in gör jag aldrig för laddningen går åt som smör i solsken och hinner inte bli gammal.</p>

<p>Kolhydraterna ska inte överstiga 3 och är just på gränsen men jag har ändå valt att äta så här för att få i mig lite fil.</p>
<p>½ dl fjällfil = 60 gr</p>
<p>46 gr makrill i tomatsås = halva burken</p>
<p>108 gr ägg = 2 st ägg, vägda av mig och inte från någon tabell</p>
<p>25 gr majonäs, jag väger varje gång men har lärt mig nu att 25 gr motsvaras av en rågad matsked.</p>
